Hotel and travel costs are NOT included in the registration fee. However, we are very happy to confirm that we have managed to negotiate the room rate from the normal $695++ per room per night in March 2017 to $325++ per room per night. This is an exceptional rate for a hotel of this standard. 

If you intend to bring your family, please note, the maximum occupancy per room type is three (3) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children.

  • Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Port Orleans/Osprey Ridge.
  • Look for the Golden Oak sign and drive up to the Gate House/Dream Tree Blvd.

TRANSPORTATION

SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL

Complimentary scheduled Resort transportation is offered to the four major Disney Theme Parks: Magic Kingdom® Park, Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios®, and Epcot®. Buses run twice per hour to and from Magic Kingdom® Park, and once per hour to and from the other three parks.
